Allied Health Siding Alterations

We addressed issues with the existing building envelope, specifically targeting non-functional exterior walls experiencing water infiltration. Leveraging our understanding of wall assemblies, we preserved the building envelope by installing new protective cladding to prevent moisture penetration. Additionally, our solution included a comprehensive analysis of the new wall system, incorporating a liquid-applied air barrier beneath the cladding as the primary protective layer. This dual-layered approach—first a liquid-applied air barrier and then cladding—significantly enhanced the building’s resilience against moisture intrusion, improving durability and long-term performance.
