By utilizing the existing building footprint and strategically negotiating setback requirements, we optimize the overall size and functionality of the lake house while maintaining harmony with its surroundings.

Every element of the house was shaped by its surroundings. Expansive windows frame stunning water views, blurring the line between indoors and out.
